The Sheward Partnership was commissioned by University Place Associates to serve as the Architect of Record for the new Wright Commissioning office suite located on the fifth floor of 2.0 University Place in University City. The 2,900 square foot office space includes a series of private offices, a large conference room, open office area and reception. The Sheward Partnership also managed the achievement of LEED Platinum certification under the LEED v2009 for Commercial Interiors Rating System aligning with the sustainability goals of the overall building and tenant.
