We are excited to announce the newest member of The Sheward Partnership team! Roger Hoffmann, LEED Green Associate has joined TSP as a Sustainability Specialist out of our Philadelphia office to support our sustainability consulting team.

Roger is a recent graduate of Philadelphia University with a B.S. in Environmental Sustainability and an M.S. in Sustainable Design and has begun his professional career at The Sheward Partnership. His focus is to develop environmentally conscious design through quantitative analysis. Roger’s knowledge of energy and life cycle modeling allows him to evaluate design, and develop potential solutions to achieve sustainable performance.

Having recently achieved his LEED GA, Roger plans to further his education by earning both his LEED AP BD+C and O+M accreditation. Roger’s dedication as a Sustainability Specialist incorporates a holistic approach to minimize the impact of present human actions on the vitality of future generations.

In his spare time, Roger can be found outdoors surfing, snowboarding, or playing disc golf with friends. Industrial design and fabrication are other hobbies, which includes furniture and foam development for surfboards.

Roger has already jumped into complex energy modeling for some of our LEED projects supporting the sustainability team. We are excited to see how Roger’s passion for quantifiable energy conservation brings innovative ideas to our firm!

Welcome, Roger!
