Philadelphia International Airport – Terminal F

American Airlines and the City of Philadelphia commissioned The Sheward Partnership to prepare a comprehensive design followed by construction documentation and construction phase services for a new 38-gate regional aircraft terminal and ramp control tower. The design, which encompasses 190,000 square feet and 35 acres, has a construction cost of $99 million. The Sheward Partnership is responsible for coordinating the activities of sixteen subconsultants with design specialties in roadways, aprons, hydrant fueling, baggage handling systems, elevator and escalator systems, and security systems.
