Philadelphia International Airport – American Airlines Terminal F Baggage Claim Building

The Division of Aviation and the City of Philadelphia commissioned The Sheward Partnership to expand and renovate the existing Terminal F.  This $150 million project included a new Baggage Claim Building to serve the American Airlines Terminal.  The two story baggage claim hall is light-filled and dynamic space, in contrast to most baggage claims, which are frequently utilitarian and relegated to a lower level. The Sheward Partnership also served as the Sustainability and LEED Consultant, achieving a LEED Gold rating under the LEED 2009 for New Construction Rating System.
