The Sheward Partnership was commissioned by Stoltz Real Estate Partners to design interior improvements to the One Hunt Valley office building located in Hunt Valley, Maryland. The scope of work includes a new interior lighting design and finishes throughout the entry vestibules, main lobby, public spaces, and public restrooms in addition to a new fitness center amenity and café concept.
