Sustainability Specialist – Philadelphia, PA

The Sheward Partnership seeks Sustainability Specialist to develop sustainability frameworks and design strategies for building projects. Position duties include preparing environmental and social impact assessments, advising clients on green building tech and rating systems, preparing sustainability frameworks and researching materials, services, systems, green building and urban policies.

Requires: M.S. in Sustainable Design or similar plus 2 years’ experience in architectural design and drafting. The position also requires experience working with clients to evaluate architectural elements and materials for residential, commercial and institutional projects, estimating costs and timelines, using Revit 2D,3D modeling and AutoCAD, preparing construction documents and building 3D models. Requires knowledge of LEED standards, green building, sustainability and adaptive design through study, research, training or work. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania worksite.
