The Sheward Partnership was commissioned by The Davis Companies to serve as the Sustainability and LEED Consultant on the major renovation and expansion project of the existing 530 and 580 East Swedesford Road commercial office buildings. The project achieved LEED Gold certification under the LEED 2009 for Core & Shell Development Rating System. The project involves a completely new building envelope with an extensive connector addition to integrate the currently separate buildings into a single Class A corporate complex.
