The Sheward Partnership was commissioned by Liberty Property Trust to serve as the LEED and Sustainability Consultant on the new 955,000 square foot industrial facility located in Aberdeen, Maryland. The Sheward Partnership is responsible for guiding the design and construction team through the LEED process under the LEED 2009 for Core & Shell Development Rating System. The project will incorporate such sustainable features as T5 high output interior lighting and exterior LED lighting.
