The Sheward Partnership was commissioned by Stoltz Real Estate Partners to design interior improvements to the Blake Street Terrace building located in Denver, Colorado. The scope of the work included a new exterior entry stair design, interior lighting design and finishes throughout the entry vestibules, common spaces, and public restrooms. The covered entry provides a unique opportunity, raised from the streetscape, for a celebrated bright entry to a reimagined building interior. A new living green wall and wood plank ceiling in the main lobby bring in natural elements to balance the concrete floor and sleek metal column cover. To unify the existing building with the recently completed addition, the panel system that is featured in the main lobby, which features a glass with multi-dimensional printed interlayer and textured metal panel, was translated up through each building floor.
