The Sheward Partnership was commissioned by University Place Associates to serve as the Architect of Record for the new Wright Commissioning office suite located on the fifth floor of 2.0 University Place in University City. The 2,900 square foot office space includes a series of private offices, a large conference room, open office area and reception. The Sheward Partnership is also managing the pursuit of LEED Platinum certification under the LEED v2009 for Commercial Interior Rating System aligning with the sustainability goals of the overall building and tenant.

The office serves as a co-working studio, providing flexible work spaces for participating members. The office is located on the fifth floor of the Platinum certified 2.0 University Place commercial office building in West Philadelphia. The tenant fit-out includes building-standard sustainable strategies, such as chilled beam heating and cooling and high-efficiency LED lighting. The project is seeking LEED Platinum certification under the LEED v2009 for Commercial Interiors Rating System.
The Sheward Partnership was commissioned by University Place Associates to serve as the Architect of Record and Sustainability and LEED Consultant in the construction of this new 180,000 SF core and shell commercial office building. The five-story building will be located on the northern edge of the University of Pennsylvania campus in Philadelphia. The team has established the very aggressive goal of achieving a LEED Platinum rating under the LEED for Core and Shell Development v4 Rating System. The project will incorporate an accessible green roof for the entire building and the use of advanced systems and materials such as a chilled beam HVAC system and automatically tinting electrochromic glass. The project was accepted into the LEED v4 Beta Program among only 112 projects worldwide seeking certification under the newest version of the LEED Rating System.
The Sheward Partnership was commissioned by Humanscale Corporation to serve as the Architect of Record on their new Boston office suite located in the Seaport neighborhood of downtown Boston. The 5,000 square foot office spaces includes a product display area to feature Humanscale’s award-winning, ergonomic furniture line. To align with Humanscale’s corporate mission to provide environmentally-friendly product offerings, The Sheward Partnership incorporated sustainable design strategies throughout the project, such as low-flow plumbing fixtures, daylighting, and energy efficient lighting fixtures.
