The Sheward Partnership was commissioned by Susquehanna Health to serve as the LEED and Sustainability Consultant for the core building expansion project on the Williamsport Regional Medical Center campus in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. The project involves a $140 million expansion of the existing main hospital building. The new, five-story building houses critical departments including Emergency, Radiology, Surgery, OB Services, and Inpatient Rehabilitation Services. The project was awarded LEED Gold certification under the LEED 2009 for New Construction Rating System.

The Sheward Partnership was commissioned by Main Line Health to serve as the LEED and Sustainability Consultant for the $500 million Lankenau Medical Center expansion project. The project involves the new construction of a 260,000 square foot Patient Tower, Connector Building, 1,300 vehicle parking structure and central utility plan as well as extensive site improvements to streamline access and storm water management. The project achieved LEED Silver certification under the LEED 2009 for New Construction Rating System. The Heart Pavilion at Lankenau Medical Center is the largest LEED certified healthcare project on the east coast.

The Sheward Partnership was commissioned by Perkins+Will to act as the LEED and Green Guide for Health Care Advisory Consultant on the new Acute Care Pavilion expansion, part of the Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis, Maryland. This building is a 293,000 square foot addition to the existing pavilion completed in 2001, adding 50 patient rooms and expansion opportunities for both surgery and emergency departments. The project was awarded LEED Gold certification under the LEED for New Construction v2.2 Rating System.
